As first time renters Bridgit made the entire process very easy for my husband and I. No question was to silly or small, every concern about the contract was discussed thoroughly and we were never made to feel inferior or our of our depths. During her time managing our property we had a few small issues, leaks etc, a quick email to Bridgit and within 24 hrs the issue was either solved or we had a phone call from someone who could fix the problem at our earliest convenience.

Bridgit being an intermediary between us and the landlord allowed us to ask questions to make changes or simple maintenance ones with ease. Her friendly and kind demeanour made the whole first home, first renting, first contract process a lot easier and a lot less scary.

I would thoroughly recommend her as a letting agent!
